 As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, regular supervision, professional development and appropriate registration is mandatory. I adhere to the professional and ethical standards as set out by the AASW. I attend workshops and seminars regularly to keep abreast of best practice developments in the field.
Experience   Orientation  
I have over 20 years experience in Australia and Europe working in a variety of educational and mental health settings.
I have undertaken additional studies in family therapy, psychodynamic counselling Gottman Method Couples Therapy (level1) and Family Dispute Resolution.
I draw from my own therapeutic experiences and training to bring empathy, acceptance, learning and healing to the process.		 Clients benefit from an holistic approach attending to mind, body and spirit.
I provide a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
Assessment and collaboration are an essential part of the process as sessions are tailored to achieve individual goals.
I draw on a wide range of theories and modalities including Pschodynamic, Systems Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Emotion Coaching and Mindfulness. In my work with couples I include Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my practice.

Weekdays 10am-5pm
Evenings and Saturday appointments available upon request.		 Street parking is available.

Consultation - $140 (90minutes)
Fees negotiable according to circumstances.
