Areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, relationships, panic, work stress, eating disorders, health anxiety, building self esteem, and finding direction and purpose. I have a first class honours degree in psychology and a Masters in clinical psychology, both from the University of Sydney. I am a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. I am the founder and director of Vantage Point Psychology a group practice of five psychologists based in Randwick and the Sydney CBD.

I have worked in private practice in Sydney for about ten years. In that time I have primarily helped clients with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self esteem and relationship difficulties. I have worked extensively with adult survivors of sexual abuse. I have worked in large Public Hospitals helping patients with physical health problems, including chronic pain and cancer; and in private psychiatric hospital helping client with severe depression and anxiety. I focus on creating a compassionate and warm environment for my clients. I think one of the most important things is that clients feel comfortable and safe. This enables us to really get to the core of what's going on. I primarily work with cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy and mindfulness based approaches, including acceptance commitment therapy.

Sessions are available weekdays, evenings and on Saturdays. Contact the practice to make a time that suits.
