Experience   Orientation  
I have been involved in counselling since 2000 and in private practice since 2003. I am also a personal counsellor for lifeline as well as a telephone volunteer. I am part of the National Carer Counselling Program. I have undertaken specialised studies in couple therapy and hypnotherapy. I help people moving forward & identifying workable options when they feel stuck. I use a range of techniques which will vary depending on the nature of the presenting issues, the personality and the needs of my Client. My counselling is suportive, friendly, proactive & solution oriented. I draw on techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative principles, Solution Focused & Transactional Analysis. I offer hypnotherapy with counselling or for specific issues such as smoking.
Hours   Transport and Parking  
9am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
9am to 12pm Saturday		 On street parking. Council parking nearby. Close to public transport.
