Therapy is often explained as a kind of internal journey.

Perhaps you want to climb back out of pain or depression.

Maybe you want to find a way to get 'un-stuck'.

Or perhaps you will delve inward, into the unexplored areas of your life's patterns, searching for a deeper sense of meaning or connection.

Whichever path you choose, I believe the overall journey should be steered by you, and taken safely at your pace.
As a member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW (CAPA), I actively work to provide you with safe, confidential and best practice counselling and psychotherapy.

Part of this commitment means that I regularly attend ongoing professional development, to continually hone my counselling and psychotherapy skills, and to ensure that you experience the best possible therapy.
