My role is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can freely explore your experiences and perceptions more deeply. Using cognitive-behavioural (CBT), narrative, psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches, we work together by reflecting upon your experiences, thoughts and feelings to bring you greater clarity and understanding of their meaning, in a way which is life-affirming and unique for YOU. All clients are entitled to be treated with dignity, respect and confidentiality. The services that I provide are bound by the Australian Association of Social Workers (A.A.S.W.) Code of Ethics and upholding the integrity of the profession and the quality of services provided to you is of the highest importance.

The services I provide are confidential. Any verbal or written sharing of personal information with a third party (e.g. GP/Psychiatrist/employer/family member etc) will require your full written permission.

I receive regular clinical supervision and update my knowlege and learning with ongoing professional training.
