I am a full member of the NSW Family Therapy Association and Australian Association of Social Workers which have professional development requirements. I am also accredited to provide mental health assessment and treatment services and pregnancy support counselling under Medicare

I hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work and Mental Health and a Masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy. I regularly attend professional training and participate in regular clinical supervision
   
Over 10 years experience working with families, couples, children and adolescents and individuals.

I have held clinical positions in both Adult and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in both Australia and the UK. I also have experience working with families to supporting children through separation and divorce and working with survivors of childhood sexual assault.
I have extensive clinical training in Systemic Family Therapy and I also utilise Narrative Therapy concepts in my practice.

My main therapeutic aim is always to help people to make sense of their experiences and to assist my clients to develop self sustaining problem solving and communication skills to allow them to build more authentic relationships with themselves and significant others.
   
Mondays and Thursdays (day and evening appointments available) 2 hour free parking in streets nearby. Buses 378, 380 and L82 stop outside the door on Oxford St.
   
Medicare rebates may apply as I am registered as a provider of allied health services under the following Medicare funded programs:
- Enhanced Primary Care
- Better Access to Mental Health Care
- Non Directive Pregnancy Support Counselling
