Sometimes we need to be supported and encouraged by another to change.

We can all benefit from a relationship that allows us to reflect on difficulties at work, in relationships, in parenting or in achieving personal goals. As a qualified therapist, my role is to help clients develop clarity and reflectiveness, so that they can gain relief from anxiety, confusion, negative feelings or low self esteem, and learn to improve their own sense of vitality and happiness.

I offer individual psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching (business & personal). My weekly ongoing supervision, personal therapy, and professional development all support me fully to work effectively as a somatic psychotherapist.
Experience    
I have been working with people for 20 years in teaching, training and then human resource consultancy. In the past five years I have undertaken intensive retraining in order to practise as a therapist. This work experience, combined with professional development and my life experiences as a wife and mother, underpin my work as a therapist.
Hours    
Tuesday 8am - 7pm, Wednesday 8am - 7pm, Thursday 8am - 7pm.
Fees   Payment Options  
$95.00 per hour (some concessions avail.) Cash, cheque, bank transfer.
