Philosophy & Vision
My vision is simple. I want to work with people to help them learn more about themselves, to heal, and to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Background
I have been working for the past twenty years in the health and welfare sectors in counselling, health education, group facilitation, project and management roles. Aside from private practice, I'm still currently working in a face-to-face health education role with IV drug users, studying and have developed a new model of treating addictions.

Modalities
ACT - Existential - Experiential - Interpersonal - Narrative Therapy - Person Centred - Psychodynamic - Somatic Psychotherapy
Therapy Approach
I draw on modalities such as CBT, ACT, solution focused therapy, crisis counselling, interpersonal therapy, existential therapy, somatic psychotherapy, psychodynamic and narrative therapy. I have recently developed a new way of working with people that I am referring to as Life Rebalancing Therapy. It is a holistic method of working with people to identify and rectify imbalances in each individual's life in order to help them re-balance their lives to produce more happiness and joy. The focus I believe in is using the freedom of creativity and our therapeutic alliance to guide our work together.
