Individual therapy for men, women and children. Children benefit greatly from Sandplay therapy simply because children often cannot express in words that which is troubling them.
Couples and family work; parenting workshops.
Outreach is also available for those unable to leave the home for various reasons (ill health etc.)
I am a qualified Mental Health Social Worker and a registered Allied Health Provider for Medicare. I undertake continued Professional Development which enables me to remain continually up-to-date with the latest and most effective therapeutic techniques available in facilitating greater change for my clients. I am also a qualified and registered parenting educator and mediator.

I have been involved in this work for over 15 years in various settings. This has involved crisis, trauma and grief and loss with families and individuals of all ages. I currently spend some of my working week with families who are at considerably high risk due to mental health issues, ineffective parenting and past traumas which are effecting their current functioning etc.
With a background in generalist counseling I now use EMDR, Sandplay (Jung) and Transactional Analysis to enable the client to gain greater insights and hence, to make more sustainable and positive changes.
