bulletArticles & Book Reviews bulletbullet I don't want to take sleeping pills.

Question:  I wake every night around 3am and can't get back to sleep.  Is this something a psychotherapist can help with?  I don't want to take sleeping pills. Grace

Answer:  Sleep difficulties are often stress related, so yes... psychotherapy should help.  There are many aspects to addressing such an issue. The good news is... help is available, so you don't have to put up with it.
