Prior employment: 18 years teaching adults; factory, office and construction; returned from active service in Vietnam.

Reports: based on hourly rate
With a doctor's referral (ITEM 2710), a Medicare rebate of $71.95 applies for up to 10 sessions of counselling.
Cash or cheque on day of appointment please
(no EFTPOS facility on site).
24 hours notice usually required for cancellation.
