	Stressed out, feeling trapped, frustrated with getting help, can't sleep, in emotional pain, feel constantly depressed and worried, these are the feelings, the very common feelings that many people experience day after day, night after night. In my new book called "Living Beyond Pain" I discuss ways to deal with pain and stress. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, also known as CBT, which is the most researched form of therapy.
