In the time we spend together I will support you in working through both conscious and unconscious material. In this way, you will be able to make changes at a gradual pace and eventually become more aware of what drives the uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and behaviours. This allows the possibility for transformation and easing of discomfort as part of the interpersonal therapeutic relationship. As a psychologist and psychotherapist I operate according to the ethical and professional standards required by the Australian Psychological Society, International Transactional Analysis Association and Australian Transactional Analysis Association Inc. I participate in regular supervision, professional and personal development and personal psychotherapy.
Experience   Orientation  
I have been in private practice since 2003.

 I have a person centred focus way of working with people and acknowledge the complexity and uniqueness of who you are. I am influenced by a number of modalities but mainly work within a Relational Psychotherapy framework.
Hours   Transport and Parking  
By appointment only. Free parking near premises.
Fees   Payment Options  
$120 per hour. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cash or Cheque.
