    As a Somatic Psychotherapist I work relationally as well as engaging directly with the clients embodied experience. Attention is given to breathing patterns, posture, sensation and movement.
    My professional orientation is informed by Self Psychology, Attachment theory, and Neurobiology. I have received additional training in Psychodynamic Counselling.

    I am a member of the Australian Association of Somatic Psychotherapists and practice according to their strict ethical guidelines. I receive ongoing clinical supervision and am committed to my professional development, undertaking additional trainings and workshops each year.

    In addition to my private practice, I volunteer for a community counselling organisation that offers counselling to disadvantaged members of our community.

    After hours and Saturday appointments available.

    Transport and Parking

    Hume St Crows Nest: 2 hours free parking up to 6pm Monday to Saturday (fees apply after 2 hours and after 6pm) Unlimited all day Sunday.

    Free street parking available after 6pm during the week, Saturday afternoon, and all day Sunday

    Fees

    $80 per 50 minute session
