Even the most independent of us sometimes needs a little help with difficult emotions, challenging life circumstances, workplace or relationship problems.
I will show you new ways of understanding and dealing with problems. You will also learn practical strategies for reducing overwhelm, confusion and uncertainty.
Background
I spent the first part of my life in Germany, but also travelled and worked in other countries. After a few years of teaching in German schools, I set out on an extended trip through Asia supposedly finishing in Australia. However, once there I decided to stay and "follow my passion" - studying to become a fully qualified Psychologist. Since then I have worked in private practice, as corporate consultant, and EAP provider. I also facilitated groups and presented workshops.
My work now is as a writer of self-help materials for personal growth and success.
