I have worked therapeutically in the field of mental health / psychiatry for ten years. I have worked in many areas of mental health - I have had much experience working with depression, assessment of suicidal clients, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, relationship complications, and issues around family dynamics. I work comfortably with couples and individuals. Essentially I work psycho-dynamically, but I do incorporate other modalites into my practice such as Existential, Gestalt and Systems theory.

I ultimately aim to build a therapeutic and trusting relationship with my clients which helps them to be supported whilst working on challenging issues in an environment of honesty and openness.
