My goal is to help you achieve genuine, lasting results, not quick-fixes or band-aid solutions. To achieve this, I use a number of different therapeutic approaches in my practice.

The most important factor in deciding which approach to use is you - a one-size-fits-all approach definitely doesn’t apply here. I work with your strengths and your values; I never try to impose my point-of-view.
   
I have a strong background in science and I firmly believe in only using therapies that have good scientific research to support them. I have a particular interest in behavioural psychology and mindfulness-based interventions, and have trained with leading researchers and clinicians in the field. I am always open to new approaches – so long as there is evidence that they work.
