I attend regular supervision and ongoing professional development events and training.
Experience   Orientation  
I have been coaching for over 15 years, practicing as a psychotherapist for over 3 years and was a telephone counsellor with Lifeline and the Samaritans for approx. 5yrs I believe that we all seek a sense of purpose, connection and meaning in our lives and work with you to support and challenge you as you deal with the issues which block you from achieving this. I fundamentally believe that deep down my clients are capable of finding their own answers and so my focus is to encourage and stimulate you along your journey of discovery.
I support my clients to harness their powerful unconscious mind through creative methods such as Hypnotherapy and Sandplay Therapy
